Programmed / PERSOLKELLY is seeking a hands‑on Team Leading Hand to support secure, efficient grain operations at a Birchip storage site. You will lead daily activities, train staff, and cover supervision during busy periods.

You will manage grain receival, storage and outturn, oversee equipment operation and safety standards, and assist with rostering and maintenance. Availability for nights or weekends and outdoor work is required.
