Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a confident Assistant Centre Director (2IC) for our Cameron Park service on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will mentor educators, partner with families and help lead daily operations to deliver high-quality early learning.

This role requires a Diploma, WWCC, knowledge of EYLF/NQS and a cooperative leadership style, with opportunities to progress to Centre Director and participate in professional development across Australia.
