Main Sequence is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to work with our General Counsel on investments, portfolio, and funds. This hands-on role offers high ownership in a fast-paced venture setting, with a 12-month, part-time contract during parental leave.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll manage deal documentation, diligence and external counsel, while building AI-enabled legal workflows and maintaining strong confidentiality and risk controls.
