About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our service experience — managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection. You will deliver a seamless, transparent and premium service, keeping customers informed at every stage while ensuring absolute clarity around timelines and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, professional customer service for all service and repair enquiries
- Coordinate workshop bookings to optimise productivity and efficiency
- Proactively follow up with customers and generate additional workshop opportunities
- Accurately prepare and cost repair orders and invoices in line with Group standards
- Maintain strong product and brand knowledge through ongoing training
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding key performance targets
About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or Service Advisor role
- Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional approach
- Strong ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail and multitasking ability
