Key Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes using piping, cream application and other professional decorating techniques
- Create attractive and consistent cake designs according to company standards
- Prepare and handle cream, frosting, fillings and decorative ingredients
- Ensure high standards of cake presentation, appearance and quality
- Complete decorating tasks efficiently to meet daily production requirements
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workspace
- Collaborate with the baking team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cake decorating experience
- Proficiency in cake piping, frosting, cream application and cake finishing techniques
- Strong creativity, precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese
