Franquette Group | Marketing | Bowral NSW | Full-time | Monday to Friday

As our dedicated marketing role, you’ll own marketing end-to-end across Lucette, Franquette Crêperie and two new hospitality concepts coming soon. You’ll work closely with the Owners, plan campaigns well ahead, and deliver across social, paid, email, web and in-venue channels.

You’ll spend regular time in each venue, capturing content and staying across what’s happening, and you’ll protect each venue’s distinct personality in everything that goes out.

Develop campaign strategy and a marketing calendar for each venue, confirmed with the Owners a quarter ahead

Prepare social schedules monthly and EDMs on a planned send schedule, submitted in advance for approval

Create and publish social content in each venue’s tone of voice, including launching a TikTok presence

Capture lo-fi photo and video in the venues, and coordinate professional shoots when required

Manage Meta advertising within budget, with consistent UTM tracking and weekly performance reviews

Keep websites, Google Business Profiles and listings current, and act as day-to-day contact for external social agency on Lucette

Drive enquiries and bookings, and promote events, collaborations and venue launches with enough lead time

Monitor guest reviews, provide a monthly marketing update to the Owners, and provide planned reservations cover during leave





2–4 years’ marketing experience in a marketing executive or campaign role (essential)

A planner. You prepare campaigns and content well in advance and follow through without being chased

Strong writing and a positive visual eye, adaptable to different brand voices and confident with phone photo and video

Practical Meta advertising and TikTok experience, including reading and acting on performance data

Confidence with Canva, social scheduling, email marketing and website CMS tools

Hospitality, food, retail or lifestyle experience (preferred)

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field (desirable)

Full working rights in Australia

Full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional event and launch work by agreement

$80,000–$90,000 base salary plus superannuation

Based at our Bowral head office, with regular time across the venues
