Pro Pac is seeking experienced Slitters for the Dandenong South site in Melbourne. The role covers Day, Afternoon and Night shifts, focusing on rewind production, supervision of Assistants and strict adherence to FSC22000 and ISO standards.

You will manage quality from raw materials to finished goods, drive waste reductions, and implement customer-specific quality requirements while maintaining a safe, productive work area.
