Aeralife Watergardens is seeking a Registered Nurse to support resident-centred care and clinical governance in a residential aged care setting. You will contribute to secure care delivery, oversee documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical, social and cultural needs.

You will report to the Clinical Care Manager and play a key role in ensuring high-quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement within the home.
