We are seeking a qualified butcher to join our new Albert Park location and help bring an exciting tourism experience to life, showcasing the very best of regional Victoria.
At Wandilla Gippsland, we are creating a unique and immersive destination that combines our own dairy, beef farm and winery. Our butcher shops are a key part of this vision, and we are looking for an experienced Qualified Butcher to join our passionate and supportive team on a part time basis.
This is a part time position with flexible hours available. Please include your preferred days and hours in your application.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced butcher with a passion for producing high-quality products. In this role, you will work with whole carcasses of beef, pork and lamb,
expertly breaking them down into premium retail cuts while maintaining exceptional presentation and quality standards.
