About the Opportunity

Haynes People is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our valued client in Dubbo.

What you will be doing;

- Lead, mentor and support a small warehouse team to achieve safe, productive and efficient operations.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including picking, packing, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture through leadership, toolbox talks and adherence to safe work practices.
- Coordinate daily workloads, deliveries and transport schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Work alongside the team in a hands-on capacity,



providing guidance and contributing to operational success.
- Ensure warehouse processes, inventory management and service standards are maintained to a high level.

About You

- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, transport coordination or a similar operational environment.
- Proven leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand, or the capability and ambition to step into a supervisory position.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for mentoring, supporting and developing team members.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with a focus on compliance and best practice.
- Current Forklift Licence and HR Driver's Licence are essential.
