Georgiou is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Integrated Management Systems Improvement Lead to drive the ongoing development, optimisation and digital transformation of our Integrated Management System (IMS).

This is not a traditional HSEQ advisory role.

We are looking for a systems-focused professional who is passionate about improving how people, processes and technology work together. Working across Quality, Health, Safety and Environment functions, you will lead initiatives that simplify compliance, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data quality and enhance the user experience across our systems and platforms.

A key focus of the role will be identifying opportunities to modernise and improve our HSEQ technology landscape, including existing platforms, reporting capabilities, workflow automation and future system implementation projects.

Reporting to the Quality & Project Systems Manager, this role will work closely with operational leaders, HSEQ teams, project stakeholders and technology partners to ensure Georgiou's systems remain practical, efficient, scalable and aligned with business needs.

What You'll Be Responsible Integrated Management System Leadership

• Lead the ongoing development and continuous improvement of Georgiou's Integrated Management System.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification requirements.
• Facilitate management system reviews, audits and improvement initiatives.
• Drive simplification of policies, procedures, forms and governance processes.
• Ensure management system documentation remains practical, accessible and fit for purpose.

Digital Systems & Technology Improvement

• Lead enhancement projects across HSEQ systems and associated business applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve productivity, reporting and assurance outcomes.
• Support future software reviews, system selection processes and implementation projects.
• Improve system integration, automation and data flows across the broader business systems landscape.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to improve user experience and reduce administrative burden.

Data, Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Lead the development of HSEQ reporting, dashboards and business intelligence solutions.




• Drive improved data quality, consistency and governance across multiple systems.
• Translate operational data into meaningful insights for leaders and project teams.
• Support executive reporting, Board reporting and strategic decision-making through effective analytics.
• Identify opportunities to use technology and data to proactively manage risk and performance.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Build strong relationships with operational leaders, project teams and functional specialists.
• Lead workshops and consultation activities to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support system rollouts, user adoption, training and change management activities.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience managing or supporting ISO-certified management systems.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role,



ideally within a large construction, infrastructure or comparable multi-site organisation.
• Demonstrated experience driving business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience administering or improving enterprise software platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
• Experience developing data analytics, dashboards or reporting solutions.
• Ability to lead projects involving systems, technology or business process change.
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working across geographically dispersed operations and project environments.

Highly Desirable

• Experience implementing, configuring or administering HSEQ software platforms such as Beakon, HammerTech, Donesafe, INX, Lucidity, SAI360, Safety Culture or similar systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint or workflow automation tools.
• Internal or Lead Auditor qualifications.
• Formal qualifications in Quality, Business Systems, Information Management, Technology, Engineering, Risk, Continuous Improvement or HSEQ-related disciplines.
• Experience participating in software selection, implementation or digital transformation projects.
