Everyday Independence in Newtown is seeking an Employment Coach to support young people aged 15-22 as they explore strengths, build real-world skills and gain meaningful work experience. You will provide tailored employment supports empowering participants to achieve vocational goals and build sustainable career pathways.
You’ll work alongside interdisciplinary youth therapy teams to help adolescence and young adults explore work, build recent skills and shape their future with confidence.
