Our client is a world leader in reinforced polymer technology, and an ISO 9001 accredited manufacturer and distributor of high-performance, fluid power hydraulic and pneumatic products.

They are hiring a customer service representative to work at their Campbellfield service centre, Monday to Friday.

This is an immediate start to a full-time, salaried position.

Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior industry experience is not required.

Applicants must have:

- High competency with mathematics
- A outstanding attitude
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills

Day to day duties of this position include:

- Sale of products in a face-to-face selling situation at the trade counter.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with customers.
- Respond to customer product enquiries received by telephone or email




- Process customer orders and liaise with warehouse staff and machine shop supervisor as required to ensure timely and accurate supply.
- Measure cylinders using vernier calipers and micrometres as required, to ascertain correct seal for the application. This may require conversion of imperial to/from metric.
- Support branch administration processes in relation to invoicing, packing slips and payments.
- Actively resolve customer complaints regarding products and services.
- Assist as needed with administrative, stores duties, and other duties as required from time to time by the Branch Manager.
