Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include providing high-quality legal advice and managing client matters independently.

Key responsibilities

- Providing high-quality legal advice and managing client matters independently
- Advising clients on estate planning, including Wills, testamentary trusts, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships
- Managing probate and estate administration matters
- Advising on estate disputes, including family provision claims and contested estates
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and advice
- Conducting client conferences and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with our Principal Lawyer and experienced support team

About you

- Admission as a solicitor in Australia and eligibility to hold a current NSW practising certificate
- Substantial post-admission experience, preferably at a senior solicitor level
- Experience in Wills & Estates law is highly regarded, although applicants with strong experience in other practice areas are encouraged to apply
- Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills




- The ability to manage matters independently and exercise sound professional judgment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional client service
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the firm
- Experience using LEAP legal practice management software will be advantageous
