Xavier College, Riverlea Park Campus, is seeking an experienced OSHC & Vacation Care Director to shape the culture, programs and operations from the ground up. Commencing January 2027, this permanent full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week over 48 weeks.
You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, oversee child-centred programs, manage staffing, enrolments, budgets and compliance, and build solid partnerships with families and the community.
