- Temp-to-Perm Preferred | Immediate Start Available /n Looking to get out from behind a desk, meet new people and be rewarded for your effort?/n /n /nWe're hiring 4 Field Sales Representatives to join a growing Queensland team helping homeowners access support following storm and weather-related property damage./n /n /n No two days are the same. You'll be out in the community, building relationships, generating opportunities and working in a role where your attitude and effort directly influence your earnings./n /n Benefits/n /n
- $39
- $42 + Super per hour depending on experience /n
- Uncapped commission structure /n
- $102 overnight allowance when travelling /n
- Strong earning potential without high-pressure sales /n
- Supportive and down-to-earth leadership team /n
- Travel throughout QLD and Northern NSW /n

- Door knock within designated communities /n
- Speak with homeowners about available services and support /n
- Educate customers and identify opportunities /n
- Generate quality leads and book inspections /n
- Build trust and establish robust community relationships /n
- Represent the business professionally in the field /n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes /n
- Work towards daily activity and lead generation targets /n
- Travel to regional and metropolitan locations when required /n /n What We're Looking For/n /n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills /n
- Confidence approaching and speaking with current people /n
- Resilience and a positive attitude /n
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic /n
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently /n
- A customer-first approach /n
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle preferred /n
