BALKAN BREW PTY LTD in Mill Park, Victoria is seeking an experienced Chef for a full-time role to prepare Macedonian and Mediterranean dishes and lead kitchen operations. You will work with managers to plan menus, order supplies, train staff, and ensure food safety.

Familiarity with Balkan cuisine is desirable. Salary is $75,000–$80,000 per year plus superannuation, with Melbourne location in office.
