NBMLHD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Older Persons Mental Health team at Nepean Mental Health Centre. The role involves advanced clinical care, autonomous decision making, and consultation with aged care providers to manage dementia-related conditions.

You will work within an multidisciplinary framework to develop tailored care plans, assess complex cases, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance patient quality of life and clinical outcomes.
