Lite n' Easy is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support our Brisbane Head office across Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D; and more. You will build relationships with leaders, drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives, and align local priorities with the national people strategy.
You will partner with senior leaders to deliver practical HR solutions, manage complex employee relations, and lead annual cycles and change projects to create lasting value for one of
