About the Role

This is a fantastic prospect for a driven, proactive and inquisitive individual to launch a career in logistics sales. Working alongside the Sales Manager, you will focus on new business development and account growth across a Sydney territory, while building strong internal networks to support smooth customer onboarding and long-term retention.

- Identify and contact prospective customers to generate new, profitable sales
- Assess customer needs and match them to the right products and services
- Build and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts
- Create and deliver sales presentations,



bids and proposals; follow up quotes to close business
- Accurately capture and maintain all activities, opportunities and customer information in the CRM
- Work with key internal stakeholders to support successful implementation and handover of new business
- Meet and exceed sales targets while driving customer retention and portfolio growth

About You

- Sales-focused with excellent negotiation and people skills
- B2B sales experience (or strong transferable sales/customer-facing experience)
- Goal-oriented, resilient and motivated to drive results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and always looking to learn and grow
- Confident using CRM systems and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
- Demonstrates a positive mindset, a will to win and a collaborative approach
