You will support youths aged 15–24 involved with Youth Justice or Community Corrections, helping them reach education, training and employment goals through individualized plans and brokerage management.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, stakeholder collaboration, and goal-driven support within a kaupapa of inclusivity and well-being for staff and clients alike.
