Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years post admission experience to join our in-house legal team in Perth. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide pragmatic legal advice across the breadth of CAHS, including complex matters affecting children and young people.

Responsibilities include advising on consent, confidentiality, mental health and child protection, supporting governance and compliance, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements,
