Ring Inc seeks a Staff Product Designer to shape Blinq’s future. You’ll work with Product, Engineering and founders to transform complex, ambiguous problems into easy, human experiences across launch.

You’ll own end-to-end design, shape 0→1 products, partner with cross-functional teams, and elevate the quality of every interaction. This role requires deep craft, strategic thinking and leadership without formal authority.
