First Homebuilders Pty is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage and maintain the company price file for WA residential builds. You will monitor margins, prepare accurate estimates, tenders and scopes for current designs and variations, and report cost trends to the Building Manager.
You will collaborate with sales, building and administration teams to keep pricing consistent, analyze large data sets and spreadsheets, and drive continuous improvement of estimating systems.
