Senior Rehabilitation Consultant - Vocational and NES - Melbourne, VIC

We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join a national injury and disability management provider in Melbourne. This full-time, hybrid role suits Rehabilitation Counsellors, Provisional or Registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Registered Nurses; part-time arrangements of at least 4 days per week will also be considered. You will provide Vocational and New Employer Services to clients referred through a range of compensation and insurance schemes, helping people recover and get back into meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver Vocational and New Employer Services, including assessments, interventions and ongoing case management
- Manage a caseload of clients referred through WorkSafe Victoria, TAC, Comcare, life insurance and self-insurance schemes
- Support injured workers to recover and achieve sustainable return to work outcomes
- Provide end to end case management, including case notes and reports that meet service standards
- Work towards milestone and incentive outcomes for clients with injury
- Travel within Melbourne and surrounds to deliver face-to-face services as needed

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing, with AHPRA registration or ASORC membership as relevant
- At least 2 years of occupational rehabilitation experience, or equivalent clinical or industry experience
- Experience with TAC referrals is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Robust end to end case management skills, including case noting, report writing and working to service standards
- Proven record of achieving milestone and incentive outcomes for injured workers, or similar
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle, and happy to travel as required
