Airline Rep Services, is one of the leading Airline GSA representation companies in the region. With GSA offices across Australia, New Zealand and South West Pacific, the company’s single minded focus is to increase the footprint of its airline partners in the region.

To support our growth, we are seeking an Agency & Customer Support Officer to join our team, responsible for providing Reservations, Ticketing and Inside Sales Support to the trade, customers and the commercial sales team on behalf of the GSA Airlines. The ideal candidate is a passionate and a self-motivated team player who is committed to customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer service, ticketing, telephone, email enquires on behalf of the GSA airlines
- Provide operational support to the sales team, assistance with events, coordinating presentations and sales materials.
- Complete all reporting requirements as and when required accurately and efficiently.
- Update/maintain CRM & airline database/portals.
- Monitor competitor activities and conduct fare benchmarking.
- Monitor validity of the fares and take necessary actions in consultation with the sales team.




- Assist the General Manager where needed with commercial activities such as performance analysis, initiative development and implementation.
- Work collaboratively with wider commercial team to drive and achieve outcomes focused on revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years in an airline or travel agency.
- CRS / GDS Knowledge in Reservations & Ticketing – minimum 1 GDS.
- A thorough knowledge of pricing, airfare construction, airline terminology and procedures.
- A commitment to customer service with an exceptional phone manner.
- Robust computer skills including a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office functionalities.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure to meet customer expectations.
- Self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
