Macpac Robina is opening in late November and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager ready to jump in from day one.

You’ll help build, coach and energise a team of 5+, bring the buzz to the shop floor, drive results and celebrate the wins along the way. Here, You Should Ideally Have

- Management or supervisor experience.
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.





Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable. Who are we looking for?
