We are looking for a commercially minded Associate to join our Adelaide office. Our commercial finance team arranges funding for property investment, property development and construction finance, working with banks and non-bank lenders to structure solutions for our clients.

This is a hands-on role offering involvement in analysing, structuring, and executing commercial property finance transactions.

What you will do

- Assess commercial finance opportunities and prepare lender submissions.
- Review development feasibilities, property valuations, and Quantity Surveyor reports.
- Analyse financial statements, cash flow, and debt servicing capacity.
- Assess construction funding requirements and project funding structures.
- Research and compare lenders, funding terms, and credit appetite.
- Work directly with clients, lenders, and professional advisers.
- Help manage transactions from initial assessment through to settlement.

What you will bring We are looking for someone with:

- Relevant professional experience in banking, finance, broking, property valuation, or a related commercial property field.
- Sound numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial information and identify key issues.
- Strong practical Excel skills and confidence working with financial models and spreadsheets.




- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare well-structured, accurate submissions.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- A genuine interest in commercial property finance, sound judgement, and a willingness to ask questions and learn.

Commercial lending experience will be highly regarded, although we also welcome candidates from related property professions who can demonstrate these capabilities and want to move into finance. Relevant tertiary qualifications will also be well regarded.
