South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking a Welfare Officer to provide comprehensive social welfare services to patients across Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and Cockburn Health. The role involves assessing welfare needs and delivering practical support for housing, finances and access to community resources.

You will liaise with government bodies and NGOs to coordinate care and work closely with the Social Work team to ensure patient-centred outcomes.
