Spring is one of our busiest seasons, bringing increased customer demand and creating opportunities to help more people protect their homes and businesses from pests.

At Flick Pest Control, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Mildura. This full time role combines inbound customer enquiries with proactive outbound customer engagement, helping people find the right pest control solutions while supporting the continued growth of our business.

You'll work with both new and existing customers, converting enquiries into bookings, following up quotations, identifying customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

- Handling inbound customer enquiries and converting them into bookings

- Following up quotations and leads to secure new business opportunities

- Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers

- Re-engaging previous customers and identifying opportunities to support their ongoing needs

- Recommending services tailored to customer requirements

- Building rapport and trust through every interaction

- Maintaining accurate customer records within CRM systems

- Working towards individual and team performance targets

- Contributing to a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

You’ll bring:





- Experience in sales, customer service, contact centres or similar customer-facing roles

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence handling both inbound and outbound calls

- A proactive and resilient approach

- The ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions

- Strong computer and administrative skills

- Excellent organisation and time management abilities

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in retail, hospitality, telecommunications, insurance, banking, collections or contact centres will be highly regarded.
