An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a busy Emergency Department in Canberra, providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic clinical environment.

This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering safe, effective emergency care. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while supporting patients and their families throughout their treatment.

Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse

Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience

A postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or equivalent

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality nursing care in line with skilled competency standards

Strong critical thinking, communication and clinical decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, nights and weekends
