About You As our Centre Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team and create a nurturing environment where educators feel supported and children flourish.

You’ll Bring

- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education.

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
- A current Working with Children Check and full Australian working rights.
- Current Child Protection and Food Safety Supervisor certificates.
- Strong leadership, communication and operational management skills.




- A passion for building positive team cultures and meaningful relationships with families.
- Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
