We’re looking for an Experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team and work alongside participants, their families and support networks to create meaningful and sustainable change.

✨ We’d love to hear from you if you are:

- Assessed as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Capability Framework
- Experienced in completing Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
- Confident working collaboratively with participants, families, support teams and other professionals
- Passionate about person-centred, evidence-based and trauma-informed practice
- Someone who values genuine relationships, autonomy, dignity and quality of life
