Role Description This is a casual Part-time, on-site Creative Assistant role based in North Wollongong, NSW.

The Creative

Assistant will support the Director and General manager with day-to-day tasks such as preparing visual assets, assisting with photo and video shoots, and organizing creative files and resources. The role includes basic image editing, helping produce graphics for social media and digital campaigns, and collaborating with designers to refine concepts.

Assistant will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is delivered on schedule, and contribute ideas that enhance brand storytelling and campaign performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Image Editing skills and familiarity with basic photo retouching tools.
- Candidates should possess Photography skills, including an understanding of composition, lighting, and digital media formats.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for creating and adapting visual content across digital platforms.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in design, media, communications, or a related field are beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Comfort working on-site with a collaborative creative team and openness to learning new tools and techniques.
