Job Description
As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals in their own homes or community settings. This may include but is not limited to assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Your role is crucial in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Job Requirements
- Must be a female candidate
- Must have a car for transportation
- Must have a full Australian Driver's License
- Must have a valid Police check
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience when working with vulnerable individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
