Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Customer Profiling Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying betting trends, assessing customer behaviour and providing insight that supports commercial decision-making. Your work will help balance revenue, yield and risk outcomes while partnering with teams across the business.

- Analyse customer and outlet betting behaviour patterns

- Monitor real-time alerts and investigate unusual activity

- Partner with trading teams on customer management strategies

- Provide insights that support revenue and yield performance

- Maintain accurate profiling records across key systems





- Collaborate with analytics teams to enhance profiling capabilities
