The Opportunity As a DTS Site Technician, you will work closely with IT Operations and the Infrastructure team to deliver high‑quality technical support, assist with the rollout of IT projects and maintain a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. This is a hands‑on role requiring problem‑solving skills, strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments.

Key responsibilities

- Provide onsite technical support to end users across various regional locations
- Deliver excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving solutions for Windows desktop environments and Office 365 applications
- Work with networking technologies including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless systems
- Apply knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
- Assist with virtualisation systems such as Hyper‑V and VMware
- Manage incidents, requests, and problem resolution in ServiceNow
- Support the implementation and rollout of IT projects onsite




- Deliver professional and timely customer service with clear communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users
- Work collaboratively within the IT support team to resolve issues or deploy equipment remotely

What Is Required

- Relevant Tertiary Technology Qualification or Industry Certifications highly regarded
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Environment and Office 365
- Knowledge of networking including switching, routing, firewalls and wireless technologies
- Knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure
- Knowledge of virtualisation including Hyper-V or VMWare
- Experiencing in dealing issue, request and problem management, preferably in Service Now
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
