We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support our Ecommerce team. This prospect is ideal for someone interested in online retail, email marketing, digital advertising and gaining hands-on experience in how a luxury brand manages its digital channels.

About the RoleWorking closely with our Ecommerce team, you will assist with day-to-day ecommerce and digital marketing activities. You will gain practical experience using Shopify and other digital tools while learning how we bring product launches, gifting initiatives and seasonal campaigns to life online.

What You’ll Do

- Assist with updating product descriptions, imagery and collections in Shopify, with guidance from the team.
- Help review website content, links and product information to ensure accuracy.
- Support the preparation of email marketing campaigns, including uploading approved copy and imagery and checking links.
- Assist with testing emails and website updates across desktop and mobile devices before they go live.
- Support website and email updates for gifting initiatives, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Help organise digital assets and maintain up-to-date campaign information.
- Gather basic website and email performance data to support team reporting.
- Research competitor websites, ecommerce trends and email campaigns, sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Collaborate with our Social Media and Design teams to help coordinate campaign assets.

About You
- Currently studying Marketing, Design, Software Development, Ecommerce, Business, Digital Communications or a related discipline.




- Previous relevant internship experience is required.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to spelling and grammar.
- A genuine interest in ecommerce, email marketing and the online customer experience.
- Familiarity with Shopify or an email marketing platform is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, AI tools such as Claude, and learning new digital platforms.
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable asking questions.
- An interest in fragrance, beauty and luxury brands.

Placement DetailsThe placement is based on-site at our Darlinghurst office in Sydney, Australia. Days and hours are flexible and can be arranged around your availability. Placement duration and learning objectives will be agreed upon before commencement.

Unpaid placements are available to eligible students completing a required vocational placement as part of their course, subject to confirmation with their education provider.

A paid opportunity may also be considered for candidates whose experience aligns with the team's needs, with terms agreed upon before commencement.
