What you could look forward to

- Specialist experience: Exposure to complex family law matters, shared expertise and opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility.
- Internal CPD, external learning opportunities and financial rewards for completing eligible qualifications, including Specialist Accreditation.




- Eligible lawyers can earn 30% of recovered fees above quarterly recovered-fee targets, when both billed and recovered targets are exceeded.
- A $2,000 employee bonus when the firm meets its annual financial performance requirements.
- $2,000 for qualifying client introductions that generate a combined $50,000 in recovered fees.
- BWB Bucks: Recognition points for contributions to the firm, redeemable for rewards such as gift vouchers or additional leave.
