We are seeking a capable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at HMAS Albatross, Nowra. This is a full-time leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards.

You will be supported with comprehensive training and work alongside an experienced and cooperative team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.

THE POSITION

• Supervise and support day-to-day food and beverage operations

- Lead, motivate and develop team members to maintain productivity and service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service across dining facilities and hospitality functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
- Support functions and special events, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Assist with rostering, team coordination and operational requirements

• Promote a positive team culture and professional working environment





THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role
- Minimum one year of supervision or leadership experience preferred
- Robust organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with sound computer literacy, including email and basic systems
- Knowledge of dietary requirements, allergen management and food safety standards
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
- Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
