Nepean Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Transit Lounge team. You will support safe, productive discharge processes, coordinate with nurses and allied health staff, and help patients transition safely to home or other care settings.

The role requires current Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) registration with AHPRA, experience in acute nursing, and strong communication and time-management skills. A flexible roster including day/evening/night shifts is typical.
