Concentric Health is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for Carrum Downs, Melbourne. The role supports adolescents and adults with diverse presentations, within a team-oriented multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based behaviour support plans and NDIs planning.

You will evaluate, develop and monitor interventions for behaviours of concern, complete reports, and contribute to clients achieving improved mental health and wellbeing.
