Opteon is seeking a Regional Director / Associate Director for South East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast) to drive the regional valuation team's performance and lead by example.
You will coach, mentor and engage your team, implement change initiatives, and ensure Opteon's processes and standards are embedded across the region, with accountability for TAT, quality, queries and WIP reporting.
