About the role

The Production Manager will lead the protected and efficient operation of the Alloway processing facility, coordinating production, people, maintenance and compliance while supporting ongoing factory development.

Main Responsibilities

- Plan and manage production to achieve on-time delivery, efficiency and effective crop and labour utilisation
- Monitor key performance metrics, production schedules and resource requirements
- Forecast production needs and ensure adequate people, packaging and consumables
- Coordinate offsite processing and ensure maintenance issues are recorded and addressed
