John O'Shea Racing in Randwick is seeking an experienced horse trainer/educator. The role is full time – 38 hours per week and duties include training and educating thoroughbred horses, ground work, swimming and barrier education, and the ability to lead a small team under the head foreperson.
Applicants should have at least three years of relevant experience in horse training/management, robust communication skills, and a commitment to safety and PPE.
