Lion’s Tooheys Brewery in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to lead end-to-end capital projects across brewing and packaging, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and engineering standards.

You will collaborate with brewing, packaging and engineering teams, support NPD by delivering equipment and process capability, manage contractors and stakeholders, and drive site improvements for growth.
