We're seeking a hands-on Team Leading Hand to help run safe, efficient operations at a grain storage site in Birchip. You'll work alongside the team each day, guide staff and contractors, and step up to support site supervision during busy periods.

What you'll do

- Lead day-to-day grain receival, storage and outturn activities.
- Train and supervise staff and contractors in secure work practices and equipment operation.
- Help maintain grain quality, inventory controls and site safety standards.
- Support rostering, operational planning and equipment maintenance.
- Take responsibility for site operations when the Site Supervisor is away.

What you'll bring

- Experience supervising people and delivering practical, on-the-job training.
- A hands‑on approach, sound safety judgement and the ability to adapt as site priorities change.
- A current driver's licence, Confined Space certificate and Level 2 First Aid certificate.
- Availability to work outdoors and flexible hours, including nights or weekends when required, and to assist at other sites.
- Experience in grain handling, bulk materials or operating equipment such as front end loaders and conveyors would be an advantage.
