Personal Care Worker Blackall QLD, Australia. Permanent Part-time opportunity. Immediate Start Available. Salary packaging up to $18,549 p.a. tax free plus generous leave.

Barcoo Multi-Purpose Site - Blackall, QLD. Minimum 47hrs a fortnight.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll play an key part in the day-to-day life of our facility by supporting residents with their daily needs, including:

- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, mobility and meals
- Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and helping with social activities
- Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect for our residents at all times
- Completing daily care charts and reporting any changes in health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurses

Working collaboratively with the broader team to support a high standard of care delivery.

About You

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Able to work all shifts, Mornings, Afternoons and Nights




- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer skills for reporting (email and internet use)
- Availability to work a flexible roster across different shifts
- Australian working rights (We are not able to offer sponsorship)

Desirable

- Previous experience in a direct care role within aged care
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
