Wedded Wonderland is seeking an IT Support skilled to own the day-to-day technology experience for our Sydney team. You will set up laptops, onboard new starters, and manage our software stack across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, and Riverside, ensuring every screen, call, recording, and event runs without a hitch.
The role includes weekend availability for team events and activations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset registers.
