Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a TACP Registered Nurse to support older adults in recovery and independence after hospital stays at Cumberland Hospital, North Parramatta.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering protected, compassionate nursing care, documenting thoroughly and helping clients achieve personalised recovery goals. A NSW driver’s licence and AHPRA registration are required.
